Grants get FOXY

At Grants we know only too well that the UK motor industry is held in low esteem by many motorists, especially women drivers, after bad experiences in garages, dealers and new car dealerships alike.

There have been stories about women being charged more than men, indifferent customer service, shoddy garage workmanship, the use of baffling jargon and a tendancy to patronise females despite the massive value of their custom.

Whilst we don't and have never treated our female customers any differently to our male customers we recognise that there are a lot of women out there that have had such bad experiences it has put them off visiting a garage or dealership full stop.

Avoiding garages or dealerships could mean their car doesn't get the regular servicing it needs to keep it safe and in tip top condition so the last thing we want to see is anyone losing out off the back of a bad experience.

Whilst our exisiting female customers know we are not offenders of these terrible acts we understand there are still lots of ladies out there that need reassurance. So we have just signed up to an innitiative called FOXY Choice. This means we are part of the FOXY Choice approved female friendly UK garage network.

FOXY Choice approves garages who commit to 'never knowingly overcharge, patronise or sell customers services they do not need or want'. We are proud to be one of these!

For those you who haven't visited our dealership before we have a team of female staff just waiting to make you welcome! If you've been to our news section before you may also know that we have recently employed our first apprentice technician. Jenna, our showroom host, is also our FOXY Female Business Ambassador and is on the end of a phone for anyone who needs help with their car but still needs that extra reassurance.
