About Grants SEAT
So you’d like to know a little bit about us?
Williams Hodgson Limited is the parent company trading under the brand name of Grants SEAT, which is owned by me, Darren Williams, and my wife Katie and named after my son Grant and that’s us on our wedding day with Grant doing a stirling job as my mini-Best Man.
The business was conceived in 2007 and established in 2008 after I decided that working for other people was not nearly as fulfilling, or fun, as working for yourself and I had a real bee in my bonnet about doing things differently so off I set on a journey to open and run the best dealer in the UK.
Whilst I have been in the industry since almost leaving school and my last role was as a Head of Business for a large Audi Centre I needed some advice on where to start so I turned to a very close family friend Melvyn Hodgson. Yep that’s me and him on my wedding day too! Now Melvyn has been in the Motor Industry since, well before they made cars I think and as the former owner of the Essex Audi Group and Hodgson Toyota he was pretty well qualified to help me through the process so as a very personal thank you I named my company Williams Hodgson Ltd.
The business is now well and truly established and our focus is, and always has been, to deliver the highest levels of customer service with real and honest sincerity.
